That was one of Reagan's bad decisions and is still evident today. On a related topic, I never get why there are so many homeless in NY and Chicago when they can come to Los Angeles, where it is 75º and sunny every day, and we take pretty decent care of our homeless in some cities around here. A homeless winter sounds pretty harsh.

If one of your male cohorts on here gets angry then that's that, right? But if I do then it's "an emotional outburst".What a bunch of gender biased bullshit that is! You sir are a macho jerk! I am quickly losing the respect I had for you.But who f*****g cares right? ... Don't throw my swearing at me I used *******,there's a big difference.I know how you operate Helvetti.
P.S. for what it's worth I have removed you from my friendship list.

No Webby I've always had this side to me.I prefer to be loving but have always had to defend myself as I've been basically on my own forever. No one will help you if you first don't help yourself.I work about 60% of the time in this big high rise office building.A lot people here, not one will mess with me.They all know me,but who do they come to when they need someone to talk to? We all have different facets to our personas. I've seen you get nasty too.Doesn't mean you are a nasty person, just means that something set you off at that moment.

Wow, that's pretty harsh. Couldn't he have gotten a probationary period before receiving such a drastic punishment? How will he ever cope?

Naah... prefer females over female impersonators.

As for horses, before I say I've "been on a horse" I oughta make sure we're talking about being in the saddle. Never know in this place.

Will, I think Justice Rehnquist said it best:

"At the heart of the First Amendment is the recognition of the fundamental importance of the free flow of ideas and opinions on matters of public interest and concern. The freedom to speak one's mind is not only an aspect of individual liberty – and thus a good unto itself – but also is essential to the common quest for truth and the vitality of society as a whole. We have therefore been particularly vigilant to ensure that individual expressions of ideas remain free from governmentally imposed sanctions."

    And

"The fact that society may find speech offensive is not a sufficient reason for suppressing it. Indeed, if it is the speaker's opinion that gives offense, that consequence is a reason for according it constitutional protection. For it is a central tenet of the First Amendment that the government must remain neutral in the marketplace of ideas."

Of course this is not the US we are talking about. However, I feel even offensive speech is protected.

Are you trying to build a new record of how many times you'll fail to troll me ? Keep trying Helvetti .

@Will A little time in jail will do him good . UK prisons are better then some hotels lol this is why some criminals rush to get in there lol . But seriously if you're gonna try to troll a dead teen you're an ass . The punishment : 18 weeks without Internet . I think that 15 minutes in a sealed room in the company of the girls relatives would have done the job better :D

P.S. How's Montenegro treating you Will ? If you see ATV King a.k.a Alex take some pics for the lulz .

I thought Justice Brandeis said it well when he said the answer to bad speech is more speech, not forced silence.
