Even though your money will be withdrawn daily basis. It has nothing to do with primary account. Paypal only see auto withdrawal account and send money to that account. I have protested by writing to them.
I suppose they are transferring money differently. I got an auto withdrawal today after almost 10 days of keeping it in my account. Will see when the next withdrawal comes.
I think the paypal balance needs to be more than $10. Once you have a Paypal balance of $10 + then your amount will be auto withdraw in 24 hours from the time of your last payment received.
I have 0.10 Yesterday in my account and today morning i got a mail saying withdrawl is in process. Total Amt in INR 4.61 Sri
One of the many reasons why i prefer to use Alertpay, I only use PayPal when i have no other choice or if my client can't pay by Alertpay.
Till now no auto withdrawn happened to my account. But you people saying your a/c getting auto withdrawal daily. Confused
Why so, paypal is doing a favor, at least you dont have to keep track of your withdrawals, anyways there is no option to spend from the paypal balance so it needs to be withdrawn and nothing better than paypal taking care of it for you. The only flipside is that earlier you could have waited for a better exchange rate, but now you got to take what you get.
Hey i don't know if there is anything sinister about why PayPal is doing this, but like someone said in this thread, it could be because they loose a lot of money when the rupee slides against the dollar (and conversely we gain more money when the rupee slides). So it is plausible that they have done this do prevent exchange-rate parkers, that is people who withold their dollars in their pp account till such a time when the dollar becomes stronger against the rupee and then they withdraw. This could be one of the reasons, there could be many others, but i haven't suspected them yet. Btw what's to worry - look, the biggest positive - no more Rs. 50 charge for withdrawals under Rs. 7k, so yippeee! Then, you are getting your money as fast as possible, earlier your money was kept as dollars and they were earning interest on that unused money, now your money immediately gets mobilised into rupees and comes to your account (in the 3-5 days that it takes i guess as usual, like earlier) The only negative i can think of is that now onwards, no one will be able to amass funds and purchase big ticket items online by paying in dollars. Not just big ticket items but general payments that one did through paypal, online shopping etc., whether small or big dollar amounts, would be very tough now. But then that is also a positive, you know, how PayPal money gets spent so easily! Because it is so easy to pay you end up buying useless shit, i myself spent some 30 dollars on Steam games i played only once. BTW nice to find this site, forum, you guys, you all seem like you are freelancers, i am too, i think of ad ideas, come up with innovations and write, logo design here and there but haven't won any money on logo design crowdsourcing sites yet. I am very interested in "networking" (i hate this word), in other words, building a contact list of people who i can use for some work and who can use me for some of their work, so please PM, reply, whatever, let's earn some dollars and make the american economy even weaker
