    Drive,ambition and an utter conviction that I know the way.Also training in behavioral psychology and addictions counseling allows me to understand people(clients/coworkers).I have a creative writing style and a vivid imagination which works well in my chosen field of advertising.I have a B.A. in the area of business administration so this enables me to direct,organize,motivate and comprehend the end goals.
    And of course experience as I grew up around people who lived in the world of advertising.........it's in my blood.
