    I have a same issue. Webmaster tool shows 6 url is disable by robot.txt.
    How can i delete this files from robot.txt?

    the url you write in robots are not correct absoultly,or you can rewrite one in your html

    I'm wondering if this is needed for SEO purposes. I already worked out how to do Custom 404's in Blogger, using a custom domain. I'm hoping that disallowing search engines to my labels/tags isn't negatively affecting SEO. It seems like those would be internal links that go to waste.

    i commented on various sites for blog commenting but most of the comments are under moderation or not approved. i don't understand how i get the approved blog comments.if you have any solution then plz gives me some tips for blog commenting.

    This is really not possible and all blogs are crawled by robots as the intention of creating blogs is to spread your ideas and information... so almost all blogs are indexed..

    Well, if you have hosted your blog in blogger platform than you can't edit the file provided you can restrict the web crawler from indexing your web page just by adjusting it from the blogger dashboard by making minute changes in setting. You can even again switch to normal mode i.e. allow web crawler to index your web page. Apart from these you can't make any declaration of rules in robots file.

    in my google webmaster account ,i got a message that some important pages are blocked by robots.txt while the case is not same in another blog .There is not showing any warning like that one Why this is so ?In one blog some pages are blocked while in other blog ,not such thing happened ?Hows this possible and how to cure the problem

    There is absolutely no way one can edit nor delete the robox.txt file on blogger. Remember, you cant log into your blog DNS as your blog is hosted by blogger. You sites being deindexed isnt because of the robot.txt file. Try to look into other things that may cause deindexing eg the over seo.
