    yeah it shouldnt be more than 5% or else i would be like kw stuffing...
    including inlinks is fine too as long as it wont look like link farming

    ctent optimization is so important for a website promotion otherwise google gives a penalty to your website.

    Key word density is TOO much! 3% is perfect and does not look like keyword spam, you forgot the H1, h2 and h3 tags in the content, as well as adding an image with the alt tag set at your keyword.

    Keywork must be in h tags, first sentence and last sentence.

    Nice tips, it is a good idea not to keyword stuff, as then it just reads unnatural, that natural feeling when people read your content is what you are after

    Consider 5-20% density of the keywords in text ==========>>>>> It should not be 5-20% it should be 3-5% Keyword Density. :)

    So many people recommend keyword density of up to 20%. That is wrong, as it looks spammy and can do more harm than good.
