Anyone here have experience with colleges and web design or video game programming like I said above? I would really like to know...
I've learned so much from internet business. Through the process, I've learned how to design professional web sites and perform search engine optimization. These are skill sets that I can take where ever I go. One more semester until I graduate from college. The future is looking very bright. I did read an interesting article about Bill Gates hating the title of the world's richest person. Who knows, maybe in 20-30 years, one of us might knock him off the top.
I hate adsense, it normally requires a lot of hard work and constant quality content - I can't be bothered with all that. I'd love everyone to say what sites they run and how much they make, but on a forum with a pool of people hungry for ideas to make money, I can't think of a better place to find a bunch of competitors. I make my money from affiliate programs, subscription based content sites and soon to be subscription based computer software. I can just about handle HTML though, I'm much more a marketer than a designer.
Talkin about young entrepreneurs, are we ? I am 16, from India... Began as a freelance Designer doing a couple of sites a week for 100-200 USD about 1 year ago, slowly setup my own web development company [ Ahem Ahem Enterprise (I) ltd.], and moved on to main stream SEO/SEM, now have a portfolio of over 48 SEO clients, 13 Adword marketing clients and also many web management clients. Apart from that, I run a successful webhost (am a reseller, but am successful), also an Indian Social Networking site ... and a couple of forum with 5k + members each ... Even tried playing with the HYIPs and Autosurfs ... but after the recent 12dp fiasco, am reluctant to invest more. .. So in all my average monthly goes somewhere near .... 5 - 7k That's about it. ... He is a really arrogent person. He DEMANDS respect all the time from EVERYONE and he thinks he is the best. He treated me like sh!t, no offense. I really dont like Josh at all, and i am aware of his love of firefox and his age.. I am 16 and i own around 20 sites. Rob

I am not sure if I can believe all those people that claim to be in their teens and make whopping figures like $20,000 a month. If its true, then congrats to you.
eh, nothing big.. not even now.. first google cheque was 100 about 2 years ago, I would have been 16. turning 18 now, makin around 700usd a month or so. Meh, it baught me a car, rego, insurance, pays for food. Im happy.
