If you inform them, they should shut down the other persons account. Basically they hacked your site, which isn't legal.

Your hosting account has been hacked, you may need to change your passwords first of all. Secondly if you're violating the TOS and you're doing it intetionally then you don't deserve to be paid.

Record the publisher ID of the person who replaced your code and send it, along with evidence, to Google.

I presume it's somebody you know who has FTP access to your site?

    Someone hacked your server?
You'd better look for a safer server.
Assume the publisher ID is not the *hacker's*.He just put someone's ID,like yours or mine.Is it worth to tell Google?

The best way is to change your ftp/cpanel account,if this happen again, look for another server.

thank you very much, i have change all password and again config server. i think, we shouldn't inform to google , because maybe they 'll suspend my account after that start investigating, i dont want it ! it makes us spend alot of time for that!
I have a question: If i had received money from google since 5 months ago, now i'm suspended by violating law of google, do i have to refund all of money they paid for me ?? ( maybe before i also violated) !
    Thank you very much !

The server has been hacked or if you are hosting at some "friend" they change it by purpose. As for google, they will not ask you to refund...they will close your account forever if find out. You will see when you request the check this month :) good luck anyway. PS: How much is your check ! ... just curious ! :D

And you're assuming it's a random hacker who goes around messing with people. I'm thinking this guy knows that our guy has a site that does well with Google so he wants to cut himself in for a piece. He thinks he can just put his ID there for a week or so and take it out again. I also think our guy knows the hacker and for various reasons gave the fellow access to his site, etc. I don't think it's nearly as elaborate as you believe, but of course, I could be wrong.
