i dont think you should trust such kind of sites to improve your google or alexa rankings. they will take your money and you will get nothing.
I agree with the less-importance of alexa ranks these days. I mean sure they count for something but you can do just fine without them. If you must boost it you might wanna just try hooking your site up with a few fiverr gigs that promise to deliver insane amounts of traffic for just $5, just be sure they have a good feedback rating and stuff. Or you can go to the source and pay for a few Ad's to run on sites like Adf.ly specifically what i would do is buy the worldwide proxy package cuz its the cheapest and set your daily budget for a dollar or two a day and just let it run for a while. if you buy something like 100k in traffic (which isn't very expensive) that campaign will run for a while with those settings. You should see a boost in your alexa ranking doing that for a while.
Please be careful an don't trust easily I think first you need search about them if you got satisfied response then continue otherwise please don't go it's risky...
It's always a good idea to get some good reviews from folks before investing your time and money on a site
