There are no metas in your site so i thing you should searches new keywords and create metas, internal linking also and get a lot of backlinks

dear seo is vast field and there are many techniques to increase ranking and traffic you have to follow one one step and get good result and achive your goal easily... you have to start with on page optimization then secondly do off page... and also use networking sites for traffic.

don't go after PR, look for SERP, start with some easy keywords or hire some SEO expert for a month or so

 

Quality link building can improve you ranking SERP.

 

If you want to earn or monetize more then you should increase your SERP which is search engine ranking page.
