We did it for you. Its constant and random twinkling. If you want to have like 3-4 time twinkling and then when person refresh and again 3-4 time twinkling, we can do that also .

I like few entries but finally i have decided to go with entry of user "whitehatking" very good work done and nice flashy things in it.
