See you guys are talking about blackmoney. Now these steps are taken to stop black money. Paypal is not a bank but a payment processor so he cant keep the money. SO its necessary we withdraw.
THE GOVT AND RBI IS RIGHT IN ITS RULE AND LAWS.
Why doesnt paypal resgisters itself as bank in India?
Why is it that paypal wont transact in INR?
The limit of 500 is because transaction of very large amount (probably 25000) needs you to submit details to the govt. Paypal is simply doing away with the responsibility.

black money is anything for which we dont pay tax illegally....black money is not only the one which we keep in swiss bank. I can have an account in swiss bank and still that money can be white. The current govt has done a lot to get the blackmoney back. we as Indians should cooperate.

I am doing transfer every day for people living in India and send the money in to their accounts or other accounts so they can withdraw from ATM in India or abroad. I really free sorry for Indian working hard and cracked down badly. Corruption is really bad in India as well and the rich always have a away around the system.

HI, i am interested in using AlertPay for my website, as paypal really sucks me.
I could not receive payments to my account, even though i have an approved business account with paypal.

So i want to switch to alertpay.

I have a few questions like:

    1. How can i integrate the alertpay form in my website?
    2. Can i put some custom hidden fields in my form, that i can get back after a successful payment?
(I would like to get back the transaction details)

    Please let me know.

as long as you dont bring local bank transfer or atleast credit card withdrawal i wont be able to use alertpay as my main payment processor. i withdraw more than 500$ from paypal every week, so wire transfer is not an option for me!

    Hi Dskanth

When you login to your AlertPay account, you will see “Standard Integration” and “Advanced Integration” under "Business Tools".

Standard Integration is for the sellers who do not require programming knowledge to get started. All the items and subscription buttons created with this method are stored in AlertPay and you can view the code or edit the item/subscription under the “Manage Items/Manage Subscription” link after you have created them. Additionally, whenever you need to make changes in the business logic, you must login to AlertPay and implement those changes. You do not have to upload anything again to your website using this set up.

Unlike Standard Integration, buttons created using Advanced Integration will not store any information in AlertPay's system so you cannot edit/view and remove them. This set up requires HTML knowledge to modify the code that will implement changes in business logic, as the code needs to be changed at your end rather than ours. If necessary, you have to create the button again to get the code. If you saved a copy of the code, you can make changes without creating a new button.

In regards to "custom fields", IPN Integration allows you to automate further processing on your website once payment for a purchase has been received. If you do not need to perform any automatic processing, then AlertPay also sends you an email with the purchase details when a purchase is completed. This email contains the buyer information and details on the purchased item.

You can find more information on IPN's and integrating AlertPay onto your website by visiting our Developers Community.

    Cheers

Only way is alertpay . PayPal wont allow Indians to pay each other.

Small freelancers ? If you login to freelancer.com ,most of the projects are done by Indians and they do it pretty good . There are many bloggers who earn just from their personal website for their living. I'm gonna say Indians Rock .Only problem is many dont acknowledge others .

Alertpay is no better and cannot be used for serious business

I have a verified business account with AlertPay, they have this stupid 1000$ withdrawal & sending limit you cannot send & receive 1 cent after you cross that limit.

    Hi indiarahul, MaX.

I would just like to clarify some information that is incorrect.

For verified Business accounts, you can send and receive an unlimited amount of money at one time. If your account is unverified, you can receive an unlimited amount of money, but you must become verified to send money.

For verified Business accounts, you may withdraw unlimited amount by bank wire.
Indiarahul, could you please tell me where you got the information about the limits?

    Cheers

As you can not make other than Rupee payment in India for local dealing and paypal does not entertain payment in Indian Rupee , as per RBI guidelines paypal do not process local payment in India. This will only happen when paypal process INR payment
