    I have a STATE BANK OF INDIA(SBI) classic debit card with a visa logo
    I have already registered my card using online SBI verified by visa.
    and my card is online net banking enabled.

    can i verify my PayPal account using my sbi debit card?
    And will i be able to withdraw or send money to my PayPal acc
    using my sbi debit card?

    Please Help if possible ?

    No you cant . I have SBI debit card and also tried it and it wont work . Credit card is the option .I think you can verify it with your bank account.

    Forget about VCCs for now .Paypal seems to have blocked Virtual cards from India.

    Why don't you verify your paypal account using your bank account ?
