    This domain could be a killer source of passive income for you. With 2,400 exact match searches on Google a month, and average CPC of $9.86, you can make a good amount. And the best part? The domain is 10 years old, and already on the 2nd page of Google (#17).

    With a little bit of off page SEO, you'll hit the 1st page and start making some nice cash. Fact that the domain is so aged will make ranking it fairly easy.
