    I agree with marylandlawoffice onpage is more important, more over frequently updating Content will be more beneficial.

    Yes you can get good ranking, but for that you have to write quality article and try to submit in best article directories, you can also try blog posting..that is more use full method for getting good ranking in short time

    yes, using social bookmarking you can get ranking for your site, and I would suggest, you have to do article submission, directory submission regularly. with that you can get good rank for site.

    Get some quality content and high PR links, always has worked and always will work. But Social Bookmarking is something that will not do it alone.
