Because Digg only shows a brief summary of the content and users need go be diverted to the actual site where to content is located to read more.

If one user visit our site and without spending time , he drop the site then we get bounce rate. So the user has visit our site so we can the visitor and we get traffic by that. But due to not spending much time we get bounce rate also. And Mr. kig has right said that sometime user need to divert from the actual one and due to this also this happen.

This is correct. You have to realize digg.com offers various information from a wide range of niches: business, entertainment, gaming, etc. So people go there, find information they are looking for and leave the site. Digg places links going back to the actual article so that helps the other website, while there are also websites referring to articles found on digg.

Digg links out to sites in almost all of its posts. When someone visits and clicks to see the story, they leave digg and is counted as a "bounce" in Analytics. Was it really a bad experience for the user? No....they came got what they wanted and they left.

bounce rate can also be good to those websites that earn through ads or referral methods. If they are sending this bounce traffic to the right places then it is good news for them. the more referrals and ad clicks will always mean more ROI to those websites.
