whether there is something else guide to learn SEO to be succeed

You can always search google for some great techniques and tips on effective seo methods.

 

Here are a few resources:
- seobook.com - paid program and some free documentation and tools
- seomoz.com - free tools and some paid ones
(also watch the blogs of the above)
- http://searchenginewatch.com/seo
- just find http://www.seofaststart.com/ - not sure how good this is

 

It is advisable to read it some e books on SEO.

 

As there are many e-books available but according to your preferableness you have to choose it. As seomoz is the nice one.

Google is providing a PDF document for the new SEO. This is free. Download it & follow the document carefully.

Read different things and find common ideas. Basic SEO is pretty simple. Once everything is in place you can try additional techniques depending on your goals. (I know everyone's goal is to be #1 in Google).

Most SEO Guru services don't do much more than basic SEO. They just do it in a disciplined manner for their clients and have pre-researched resources like blogs and forums to get links. But they aren't mixing some "secret sauce" behind closed doors.

The "best way" to build backlinks, link-wheels, link-pyramids, link-webs, link-funnels, link-networks, ad nauseum is always violently open to discussion.

Hey. I am relatively new to the subject. I have read many sources but the best of the that I can reccomend you is: SEOmoz's The Beginners Guite to SEO http://www.seomoz.org/beginners-guide-to-seo It is available in both online and e-book (pdf).
In addition, Just like it was mentioned by other users: Google'e starter guide for SEO is another great source.
