    Ofcourse they will freeze your account until you're 18 but they will first resolve the issue, just tell them that it was an unauthorized payment.

    i told them that i didn't do the payments but they just told me to send in the stuff.....

    I have a STATE BANK OF INDIA(SBI) classic debit card with a visa logo
    I have already registered my card using online SBI verified by visa.
    and my card is online net banking enabled.

    can i verify my PayPal account using my sbi debit card?
    And will i be able to withdraw or send money to my PayPal acc
    using my sbi debit card?

    Please Help if possible?

    It is reallya hard question,even though you know your account is hacked by somebody else, But you couldn't prove it with your ID card info,coz you are only 17,youdon't have the right to open a paypal account follow the paypal User policy.Maybe you can contact them and tell them the truth anf i think they will give you a way to resolve the problem.
