Possible Sale of Esablished www.Redpines.org, PR, Revenue,Traffic

Due to the lack of time I can no longer stay owner of www.redpines.org . As some of you may have noticed I have not been posting as actively as I used to. Thats becuase im in my 3rd year of college at Duke University so I can no longer maintain and promote the site as well as I used to, I feel like when I can't do that anymore I let down the people who have paid to be in the directory thats why im selling the directory.

The site is is approaching it's 3 active month with promotion on the web, its been up for longer though.. It is a paid directory run by the phpld directory script. The site one directory of the month there for september. The site has a well made custom made design from RealWD costing us $350.00.

We currently have 105 active links. We have had certain deals and specials go on so the price for each of those active links are different. In total we have made about $112 since its been up and actively promoted.

Lately ( last month or so) I haven't been constantly keeping up threads or getting the site in blogs or buying links or other things like that and the natural traffic is 30-60 uniques a day. When we were activly promoting it ( Keeping up threads, getting the name out, buying a few links) it averaged around 100 inconsistently but about 50-150 ( it jumped around a lot).

Im not really posting any stats on the thread or what price I expect i'd wrather it be more private. If you are intrested in the direcotry pm me here or e-mail me at my personal e-mail all stats will be given and any further details about the site you would need.

Questions can be asked here but I don't need any appraisers or thread bashers please.

1. do you have any recurring income form this site (the sponser links sold monthly? ..)

2. would you consider selling the domain, and phpld database and not hte template?

 

Do you have a price range in mind?

 

1. Any recurring income comes from links on the directory if you want details on sponsered link sales pm me.

2. I would not consider selling doamin and database, this is a sale for the whole site.

 

Just a couple of questions as well

1. What is the deal for the homepage and the sitewide links?
2. How many of the links pointing to the site are permanent and which ones are recurring or will be removed?
3. Is the categories structure unique?
How many categories does it have?
4. Finally can you pm me a ballpark price range?

Im looking for more of offers, its not an auction. I also forgot to tell you, my paypal has been in negative for about the last month becuase of a chargeback so it is limited. I won the chargeback but paypal is now disputing with his CC company. When my account is limited I can't receive an money. So the people that have submitted and gotten that error so I gave them free links. So if you request revenue stats you will see the payments that never went through also. Plus screenshots of link sale revenue and description of how many permanent pr links we have.

 

Ok ive gotten a few offers but not what im looking for. So ill just make this an auction. If you need stat or revenue or link sale proof still PM me.
