$10 Contest For Simple Logo

I am trying to come up with a logo for my "Ace Of Shirts" line of shirts. All I want is "Evil Jester" from the shoulders up, no text. It doesn't have to be "scary evil" but "cool evil", if you know what I mean.

Here is what I have so far:

The first image is how it will look at the end. You don't need to do anything about the card or text, all I need is the jester part. The second image is one that I REALLY like but the site that offers it won't license it for a logo. The third image is what I got from someone else that I asked to redraw the second logo but I think it is to similar to the original and I don't want to get in any trouble. The fourth image is what I got from someone that I paid to draw it as an anime/chibi and it really wasn't what I was looking for.

What I want is an "Evil Jester" similar to image 2, but different enough that I won't get in trouble with the original artist. I would like the image to be mostly red and black, shading and blends are fine. At least 300 dpi. A layered PSD file would be great so I can do little edits if I need, but it's not necessary.

Winner gets $10 by PayPal, I'll send $10.50 to cover any expenses for receiving the funds. Or, if they want, I'll give them a custom shirt from any of my sites including printing whatever they want on a shirt, US mailing addresses only.

I hope to end this before the end of the weekend.

If this goes well I'll be doing a lot more contests for shirt designs.

I don't need anything 3D. It would be to hard to reproduce on a shirt. Just a simple "cartoon" drawing like the samples I showed.
