Hey All, I am looking to learn more about "traffic". So there's buying traffic and buying links. How are these beneficial for a website? Does the "buying traffic" just refer to advertising to get people to your site? Or is it all about those people who just go to the site to make 1/5th of a cent or something so the website owner can get his Alexa ranking up? Also, if a website buys 100 links. Is it really that beneficial? How beneficial will it be? Like will it just cause your keywords to be rarely seen on Google to being the top of Google all of a sudden? Thanks for any help you guys can provide me in understanding this
that depends usually when you buy traffic you buy it for a reason , either getting people to see your website , purchases , increasing rank and much more . By getting links to an actual website it will increase both pr website but at a slower rate not over night , and will increase your traffic from search engines who will bring interesed visitors . Both are a part of website marketing and advertising so each one must be evaluated for a website to get maximum potential .
Okie dokie, interesting stuff. I thought I heard somewheres that buying links is bad for SEO or if Google finds out somehow then they will make your ranking even worse. I think it might even have been on Google's official webmaster youtube channel. Maybe I'm wrong though. But isn't it possible that there could be consequences for this type of activity? Like buying links and traffic? I've heard that sometimes buying traffic can get you banned from google adsense.
indeed if you buy traffic and direct the traffic directly to you page where you have adsense might get you ban , as for the link my oppinion : it is impossile to find out unless you would buy from them lol
It is really against AdSense terms of service though if you can buy traffic that offers organic traffic then it can be beneficial. It can rank up your site in alexa, making your site more popular in search engines such as Google.
Buying Traffic = Visitors that visit your website and may or may not be interested in what your site has to offer. Which has instant results... Buying Links = More search engine bots (to do spidering) and possibly ("some" humans) visit the website. It can increase your site exposure and search engine visability/ranking over a period of time. This can take some time... Buying Traffic/Links can be beneficial if you buy from a quality traffic/link provider that cares and does everything for your site correctly.
Can someone specify what "quality traffic providers" you use. I tried several like adengage.com, buildtraffic.com, buy-website-traffic.com
