Since you don't understand the difference between denotative and connotative definitions I'll quit trying to explain that this is still racism based on common usage of the term as evidenced by hundreds of news articles... So let's just for the sake of discussion call it "ethnic slurs". Regardless of the label, it's still small minded harassment of a fellow member, trying to cast aspersions on his credibility based on his ethnicity. That has no place in the conversation, doesn't advance the discussion, and represents an intentional violation of the rules that govern P&R as has been pointed out to you multiple times. That was the middle of the first Clinton term. The attempt that took down the towers on 9/11 was executed 7 months after GW Bush replaced Clinton and the planning and pilot training dated well back into the prior administration... IE- Clintons second term. Given the timeline it's hard to reasonably assign motivation for the attacks to "neo-con foreign policy". Clintons been called a lotta things, but neo-con definitely isn't among them.
