You are inserting your own ideas into the Bible. And your timeline does not fit ALL of the verses in the Bible. Picking and choosing which verses to use or not to use gives a timeline that is useless. Parts of your timeline may be valid, but other parts cannot be valid when you compare those parts with verses in the Bible you choose to ignore.

Millions of people have predicted the end of the world for hundreds of years. The fundamental problem with religious end-of-the-world scenarios, is that people that are very heavily into (any) religion are also retarded. Personally I don't like or hate anyone because of their race, color or faith. I like people if they are good. For sake of argument, let's say Jesus rose from the dead and decided to kill everyone who didn't love all Israelis... Jesus would come to me and say, "Shawn, do you love all Israelis?" and I would reply, "No I don't... I don't know them all so it would be impossible for me to decide if I like or dislike each one." And then Jesus would murder me. If Jesus is going to go around killing everyone who doesn't lie about liking people they don't even know, I wouldn't want to hang out in heaven with him anyway. If that's how he rolls, Jesus sounds like a douchebag to me.

About mindfooking . Instead of fighting religion as the enemy I think it is a far wiser and better option to fight the causes that lead to the possibility of the citizen to be negatively indoctrinated . The fact that the major religions are striving to achieve a high level of morality is a positive thing . Lets imagine that we are all followers of the same religion and we are obey the rules 100% . That would mean a world free of murder , drugs and mistrust . However we must admit that we are all different and that we need to moderate ourselves and create a relationship based on respect . For such a relationship to exist we would need to temper unnecessary competition . The citizen of this imaginary would still need to be highly educated and well informed . Rather then hoping that everyone will have a PhD we could simply enforce that we give each and every human an array of tools to succeed . If everyone can find a place and be respected for what he does rahter then what position he has then it would be impossible for anyone to totally mindfook a citizen .
