    Hi.
    i have domains, AA.com (Pagerank 2) and BB.net (Pagerank 0)
    If i 301 redirect AA.com to BB.net , Will BB.net's Pagerank will be 2 ?
I know that backlinks are passing with 301 redirect. But have no idea about Pageranks.

Hi, the page rank will not pass because page rank is all about specific page. It will remain there. But after google next update, the page rank will pass.. :)

Completely agreed with you, but would be looking for some more help on topic.

According to me PR only passed after the PR updation of Google not before that.

Absolutely yes, 301 rediects from one domain to another usually do pass PR and link juice. Google reps have confirmed it and the evidence is in the SERPs. In my experience it's not always a quick pop, but rather Google often seems to go through an evalution period - possibly for trust purposes.

Actual PR will pass on as long as the redirect has been carried out for ethical reasons. Visible PR will be seen after an update.

PR will pass through the 301, but will be dilluted, and will not get the full rank. So if your just a PR 3. Your site may drop to a 2, but if your a high PR3 then your page should stay at a 3.

Page ranks also passes with 301 redirects. But it may take time or couple of updates to be fully transferred to the new domain.
