Hey no no.. I really don't have any such intention to spam.. The main reason I asked because I have seen some of the members asked for writers in B/S/T section, so since Im a new here, I really dont know whether I can tell about my service in reply to them or not.. so when I thought to PM them, its now allowing to do for other member after when I sent PM to one person.. Itseems I can send only 1 PM per day.. SO atleast by paying premium membership, can I send PM's only who to those who need writers. Thats all!!

So please can anyone clear my doubt?

and another doubt, can we tell about our website,email-ids here in posts? (I guess its spamming, but I have seen some posts with email-ids, isnt it spamming??)

Once again saying, I really have no intention to spam... (I HATE doing it..)

New members whether premium or regular are restricted on sending PMs to cut down on drive by spamming.

When responding to any want to hire offer, be sure to reference the thread to which you are responding and list your qualifications, pricing for services, and all pertinent data in the PM.

You may post your email address in a posts but I would not recommend you do so. Email harvesters gather email addresses for spamming. Referencing your site in a post could well be considered link drop spam. Always ask yourself the question is the link necessary? If reader would get same information from post, minus the link, post would be considered to be spam.

Premium members can't send PMs any faster than non-premium.

Premium members could already see a posters "True Country" by clicking on the "IP" button on the post. I extended that function a bit further to simply show the real country in the post header.

Here's a perfect example why... someone sets their location to something like the UK, but in reality they are in the Philippines...

Nope. Indians can't pay via paypal without having CC in his/her paypal account as you can't send payment to anyone using your paypal balance as an Indian.

It can't go back and record the IP on PMs in the past... So will only work on new PMs.
