Verify Paypal account without credit card?

    I was just wondering if I could verify my Paypal account without a credit card? I've heard of VCCs(Virtual Credit Cards) before but I'm not sure how safe is that. Some people say that their Paypal accounts get frozen as they verified them with a VCC and some said they have contacted Paypal and said that it is allowed. Could anyone explain to me if it is allowed? And if not, are there any other ways to verify my paypal account without a credit card?

    From what i know, you will need to use credit card and bank account to verify your paypal.
    If you dont have credit card, why not apply for one and its worth every bit with paypal. Who knows suddenly paypal may freeze your account and ask for credit card statement as proof. Just do it in the proper way and dont take chances with paypal.

    For the first time I register a Paypal, I use VCC from the forum, and it's work safely. but if you afraid to use VCC, i recommend u to use debit card from any bank from your country. I really work same as Credit Card.

    Well,The VCCs are working with Paypal but when you verify your Paypal account with VCC,it can be used only one time.When that VCC expires,you have to look for new VCC and VCCs are sometimes risky in eyes of Paypal.So better verify your Paypal account by Credit Card or Bank Account :)

    Verification using bank account is not an option for singapore paypal account ?? Have you checked it ?

    Even if we are verifying with Bank account ,at the time of purchase they are forcing to add a credit card.

    Just because indian paypal account holders only allowed to use indian bank accounts for verification as well as withdrawal. One need a valid credit card if he/she want to send funds to anyone else abroad.

    If you are in India, you can verify your PayPal account by adding a bank account and Credit Card. Both methods are mandatory. Instead of CC, you can also use VCC. But, it is risky.

    If you belong to in India, you can verify your pa pal account with the help of Bank and Credit card.

    If I were you I just apply for a debit or a credit card that supports paypal rather than verifying it using a VCC. Also, you cannot withdraw your funds if you use VCC to verify it.

    Just get a debit card...You cant withdraw funds if you use Vcc so thats shit.
