Why don't yo go and ask Google why you got banned. Maybe they hate you also? Maybe they hate your site?
I am sure you have either clicked your own ads or have used any black hat technique that breaks adsense TOS. Ask your self, and you will get the answer.
don't really get it. Google don't give nay kind of mail describing the reason of banning your adsense account. at least it didn't happen in case of my account. clearly your account is banned so your $$$ are refunded to Google. actually you have nothing to do dude

My dear david, those who got banned from Google, always hate Google. Don't worry, you are not the only one. There are many people, who simply want to earn huge money that too without working hard, rather they want to earn huge money within a day or two.... This is the reason why Google hate them and Google always ban those whom they hate. You should consider the facts: If you were doing the proper thing? If you were not clicking on your own ads? If your blog was having quality content? If your blog was having genuine visitors? If the clicks on the ads are genuine? Are you not doing anything black hat technique to optimize your blog? If you will judge yourself on the basis of all the above questions then only you can decide if you can be able to truly hate Google or not? Anyways, now that you understood, let's stand again, forget the past. Create some new website, don't go for free domains like blog spot, create some quality content, and then work hard on that particular site. I am sure Google will love your efforts and allow you to use Adsense once again on the same.
