United States Heading towards a Depression?

Breeze, you really believe that Obama saved the world from a depression? You are retarded?

Government is supposed to be for and by the people. That makes the government us, yet you whinge when they do something that makes money. You go and take away everything it owned by selling it off to private people then you whinge when it can't afford to continue.

The right-wing are the ones leading the downfall imho.

 

Doesn't it alarm you that a man who should be able to afford the best financial advisors in the world makes such crappy decisions?

 

Unfortunately, Paul Krugman, a Nobel prize winner in economics, is considered by many, including the president I suspect, to be one of the best financial advisors in the world. My guess is the president's decisions are almost a direct by-product of following his advice.

Just looking up Krugman, I thought it was interesting to see he got his Nobel prize just 12 months before Obama got his! I find it sad that they dramatically cheapen the award for all the genuinely deserving people who have received it over history.

Aah, now I get it. not only that, what will be price if they kick out all the illegals? They're already paying a price for whinging about them most likely, but if they actually decided, stuff it, let's send them all back, what do you think would happen?

Any chance that yet another country might see them as the enemy would you think?

As for what I mean by already paying the price now, how many illegals do you think might be hearing all this rhetoric and, knowing most of it is untrue, will be going out there and destroying anything American? How many of their now legal kids will grow up to hate America because of the way it treated their parents?

Hate simply breeds hate imho.

When President Obama flew into an airport, he used to be greeted by hundreds of fervent supporters. Now, he flies into Detroit and he's greeted by maybe 70 people.

His new plan will allegedly rebuild roads. Good work for unionized construction workers, but what about a 42-year old unemployed auto worker?

I'm wondering if Obama is going to pull the old Policeman/Fireman jobs scam. Democrats love that money scam. They announce that they want to hire 2.5 million new policeman and fireman and set aside maybe $12 Billion for it. Problem is, only maybe 50,000 people really want to be policemen and fireman (it's not a job, it's a calling) and the entire $12 Billion disappears - POOF! Jimmy Cater did it. President Clinton did it twice.

The article seems to say that an unemployed person doesn't give a damn about politics, which is why the Democrats are panicking.

 

If only liberals and socialists alike could realize that eventually you will run out of other people's money...

 

Thankfully there is a President that cares for working American.

The outpouring of support over the weekend for the Administration was truly heartening.

 

Unfortunately the only thing the current President cares about is his legacy and getting re-elected.

Neither look very promising.

 

And he begins his first term in January 2013!
