WTB: Good Oportunity for Right Minded Person - Money Earning Website - No money down.

I know I may get a lot of flack for this, but oh well.

A lot of brick and mortar businesses are sold no money down, and the previous owner sit back and collect a check every month, some times for a longer period and more then the initial asking price over a period of time.

I am wondering if someone is thinking of selling, because they have to many projects going right now, or for whatever reason.

I have real life references as well. I am open to all opportunities.

My advice would simply be to get everything in writing. It would also be helpful if you both lived in the same country, just in case something had to be settled in court (for example, if you stopped paying them, or they tried to charge you more than is in the contract).

Not gonna find something like that. ALL brick and mortar businesses are sold for money down. The buyer might not have the money so they get a loan from the bank and then pay that loan to the biz owner each month and then owe the bank money. Most banks wont give you a loan for a web site and ALL site owners are too scared to do a monthly payment because what happens if you drive the site into the ground?

 

What kind of niche are you looking to get into?

You will find alot of people have websites with potential just sitting on their servers doing nothing because they do not have time for them, I probably wouldn't give someone the site straight up, but would be willing to let someone take control of it, as long as a couple of my own banners/links stayed upon the site. It's a tough one to be honest, trust becomes a major obstacle.

You may be right, but with the right mindset and right people coming together something might be able to get worked out, maybe start off as a manager of the site and then put money down later from earnings.
