I'm starting to get tired.
When they put the new rule about "you can skip payments plan once in 7 days" they didn't inform us. They never told us about the files being deleted after 6 months if no downloads. When there has been the paypal issue we heard from them after 3 days. Now this thing of the rebills getting suspended and once again it isn't written anywhere.
All these FUCKING hidden rules nobody took 1 minute to write them somewhere. There is no way to know what they mean about inactivity. It would be simple: no new sales within 3 days, rebills suspended. But nothing, they will never state it in a clear way.

 

i know situation is getting real bad but then there nothing we can do about it .

 

Come on Oron, I'm loosing faith here. As someone else said without us youre nothing. Take better care of us. Please.

 

Wow, just wow. It's to fucking bad to see oron go down the shitter like this, i've spent almost half a year building my site for it, and my earnings are high, i'm awaiting the same shitty mail to i guess.

I do agree, why the *ck don't they tell us anything? The 6 month before file expire is a big issue for me, and they didn't say shit about it. It doesn't even say they expire on their faq.

It's to bad they are doing this to us, i'm making decent money with them.

It was approved before rejection... donno is it some issue on oron or payment account...

edit:
I would advise to keep working with Oron for sales and on the side buy premium somewhere else and upload your stuff elsewhere. slowly start working with another host.
most probably this will re-happen again to you even if you clear your situation now. think ahead about this whole thing

I tried to withdraw something around 380 usd to my WMZ but oron didnt approve it in the final stage, here is the message they sent to me, and to be honest I did not udnerstand anything from that:

"Dear ORON User,

Thank you for contacting ORON support. We appreciate your business.

You keep putting wrong payment ID. Your WebMoney is over the limit. Please before you order make sure you have VALID info.

Thank you"


First time I put the wrong number (WMID) but then we corrected it with Oron support, now it says my WebMoney is over limit and I keep putting the wrong number in.

If you are using WebMoney Keepers Mini the limit is 200$ for 24h no matter if it is sending or receiving. If your amount is over 200$ you can't receive it to WM Keepers Mini, but you need to sign in to WebMoney Keepers Classic or Keepers Light. Don't worry, you can have multiple WMID's as long as they are linked to a single passport... I have WM keepers mini, WM keepers light, and WM keepers classic, and that means three different wmid's but they are all linked to a single passport (formal) at my passport page.

 

thank you man, yes, after I searched little bit I understood this, however, i tried to register my phoen number (wm keeper creats problems for me) to my WM mini, but they record it one figure less than normal..it is displayed complete but when i go into verification it lacks one figure from the end. Thank you very much for your reply.

 

NEWS: they were taking a look to my account and they accidentally press the "suspend rebills" button. They didn't suspend my rebills...

 

and you had rebills all time?whether they were blocked?

 

dude, you know how many users they have? do you think that they go around everyone's account "checking it out" or do they have an automatic algorithm that compares sales/rebills during a period and does this automatically?? It's a bit funny what they told you and that you believe in it
