Hello, I have already in the past made two contests and paid the winners, you can check my itrade history, I even paid several participants when I liked several of their submissions. Today I would like to use your services once again in order to find the best design for one logo and 3 ad banners (for my members who will refer people to my site). The logo should be of a square or rectangular proportion, if rectangular it should be more width than height. It's about health topics, all topics including acne cures, beauty tips, health insurance, vegan eating, etc so make it general about health. For the ads, I would like 3 sizes : 125x125 / 468x60 and 300x250 My site is about Health topics reviews, it's a multi users site where members post their reviews/top lists. They're also the one who will use the ad banners on their own sites to recruit new members. Your ad banner will be used not by me, but by my members in order to promote my site through a referral system. I want to make it clear so that you create ad banner very neutral, don't know if it helps or confuses you. They have one referral link per member and will link from the ad banner with it. So your ad banner needs to appeal to a special audience : people involved in internet marketing / articles writing / earning money online such as google adsense publisher, affiliates, etc. The color scheme needs to be quite neutral so the ads can be used on all kind of graphic designs on my members sites. Some examples of text are: "100% AdSense Revenue Sharing & Referrals" "AdSense Revenue Sharing 100%" "Build your backlinks and earn money!" "Create your Review and Top list now!" You can come up with other text, it's easy to change afterwards. The url of the website should appear in the ads, but the name of the site or its url doesn't have to be in the logo which should be more of an illustration of the theme of the site, except if you have a wonderful idea of combining the name of the site with a graphic or any other idea, otherwise don't put it. So the url is www. Health-Reviewer .com don't visit it to see what's in there, there is nothing yet, just base your work on the text I wrote here. Anyway, I would to see high quality work only, I'll pay $100 via paypal for the psd of the three sizes, the logo and all rights on them. If at the end of 72h there is nothing good enough the contest ends without any winner, we agree on that? Just in case there is only bad quality entries (or simply not good enough) despite me saying I don't want beginners to enter the contest, I prefer to make sure we're ok with that. I won't give any feedback to those entries which are in my opinion not on a professional level. It's bettter you save yourself the trouble and don't post anything. "Create your Review and Top list now!") Are more like marketing. what would should we put in the banner ads? about health or marketing?
The banner are to attract new members, so they are about building backlinks, making money, etc. Can mention that's it's only for health topics, by text and/or overall design, up to you and your creativity. Those are not ads for visitors to come read topics about health. The ads will be used by existing members to recruit new members via the referral system I have. Members are mostly webmasters/bloggers looking at increasing their traffic by building backlinks. And see the adsense revenue sharing money as an extra, a bonus.
We're half-way through the 72hours and nobody has submitted an entry.. If there's something bad about my contest, please tell me so I can correct this for next time.
OK, I close this contest now, 72hours are up.. Maybe next time a $15 contest will have more success..
umm... maybe it's beacuse the insturctions was not given clearly, or they all humble that they are all beginers.
Yes maybe, I gave too much freedom.. humble I don't think so, I was just trying not to have the real beginners to enter the contest, real beginners are those who do bad graphics, I'm not asking for real professionals, but there's a minimum. Next time I won't mention the quality, so I'll just ignore the bad graphics entries. Thanks for the advice. I don't know, maybe I'll try again just today to open new contest for $50 only and with better instructions, less text.
Today I have resubmitted the 3 contests for $50 this time and with a lot less text and no mention of quality, maybe that'll work out bettter.
