My blog all new articles automatically publish in Codebix.com site without my permission. Then i contact that site administrators, and request remove all copied articles; however i still not receive any favorable reply and they're not remove my blog links. According to Google webmaster tool all the links that come from Codebix.com are intermediate link. In addition, webmaster shows codebix.com created total links 7,720 to my blog 10 articles. They created more than 3000 intermediate links to my single article. Therefore, is it affecting my SEO? In addition to that, now Google takes more-than 24 hours for index my new articles, however codebix.com copied articles index within 3 hours and they come Google search top and my articles not appear if they are index. Definately file a DMCA, one way round this could be if you have the xml sitemap generator and then add the xml sitemap in your google webmaster tools which google will send its bots out whenever you make a new post. This way if they index YOUR site first the other site will be hit with duplicate content - this happened to one of our clients until we added the xml sitemap generator plugin to their blog, now everytime they make a new post it is indexed in Google within 15 minutes!

Now i temporary disabled my blog Rss feeds and password protected my feedburner feeds. But it may be lost my few visitors but i can't do anything. I already complain Google DMCA, hope they will give me solution.
