    hey guys
    english is not my first language, and i want to practice and improve it using real voice communication with people who speak proper english
    I've heard that there are sites where one can find a partner to speak with (using skype)
    I'm from russia, and can help some1 to improve his russian for example) so we can help each other as real conversations with people whos first language is the one that u try to learn is the best way to prove ur skills)
    so - where can i find such sites?

    ps if u notice some mistakes in my post - u can tell me about them) it'll help a little bit too

    I am not sure whether they have English Exchanges, but I used Livemocha to learn Spanish.
    Please check them out. It's free (at least as far as I know)

    Here are some tips to improve English.

    Listen to Good English (Sites like BBC may help, or you can follow movie sub-titles now a days)
    Practice yourself also.(Speak yourself if you cant find English speaking friend in leisure times)
    Dont always chat(Good morings,bye byes doesnt improve English much,Participate in Discussions and Write Essays)
    Follow Good dictionary(A very good dictionary helps a lot in imroving English)
    You can find essential words on web there are in just thousands.(Practice those words very effectively everywhere.)

    You should try LiveMocha.com < They have language lessons plus you can voice chat. I've chatted with a lot of nice people there. I'm sure you could find someone who spoke English and wanted to learn Russian (like you said). Interpals.net is another good site to meet people. It doesn't have language lessons--it's mainly for finding penpals. Many people there like to exchange IM names and Skype names for language practice.
