I see nothing special about this website. It is just a Wordpress with a normal theme and it is not modded with any plugins and anything. I think it is best if you seek for a better and nicer theme if you really want to attract people to purchase something via your affiliate links.
Hi - regarding the adwords, 39 clicks but no sales is not unknown - in fact its hardly any at all. With Google ppc I have had literally hundreds of clicks and no sales. I paused my campaign to have a re-think and started again yesterday with a budget of £15 to see what would happen. I had my 'who is on site' tool open and within about ten minutes I had 20 clicks and no sales and my whole daily budget of £15 had gone. I think the reason is because my keywords are wrong or my prices are too high and I suspect that will be the same with you. A key aspect of adwords is making sure you are using the correct adwords that will drive genuine customers to your site rather than just what might be called window shoppers. I would stop your campaign and do some serious adword research so you get hot prospects rather than just visitors. Adwords gets people to your site but doesn't make them buy - you have to do that. Think of it like a shop in the street. Someone comes in but the stuff on sale has to be what they want to buy.

Nicely designed. A factor arise here that is called "WOW". Keep posting regularly so that Google adwods can be possible in your website. Do SMO so that You can get visitors.
It's pretty good one. Will agree with Kzr that additional nav bar buttons wouldn't be a bad thing. Also I think that girl and juicer images in the header, as well as bicycle and treadmill in the footer are out of place. They look thrown together. Also try to add some cool frills, along with additional WP plugins to make your site more interesting for its comers.
I would like to change the look of the theme a bit, but I do not know how to cut e.g. bicycle or juicer ... with which program?
I Think I'm going to give it a try as I just passed my last kidney stone last week. I get them every 2-3 years. The web site looks Nice and professional. The theme you picked is nice with very attractive colors I just wanted to stay there and read and read. You did not have ads all over the place that is a plus. Good luck
What I like about the design is that you can see that it's personal. It looks like a one man show. That makes it appealing for others, because heart and soul have been put in it. Advise I can give you is to try to create rest in the design. It's to crowded. But keep up the good work!
