hello i am from India so i didn't wanted o add a credit card i made an Australian account with fake information and now i have $183 stuck in it and they are asking for a utility bill and a driver's licence copy. so should i may go in for a fake utility bill or is there any way to change the name and address to my real ACCOUNT??
I guess this is it. You could risk producing a fake bill, but look at the cost factors if its much less than the amount you have stuck, then go for it. Else you're pretty much it. You could also check with any contacts of yours from Australia and see if they can help. Rule #1: eWallets like paypal, moneybookers are the bread and butter, you have to ensure that your account is in good standing or it might hit you back when you need money the most.
You should have used your original name and address. Why didn't you add a bank account to withdraw money in India instead of creating a fake account? Now you risked your money.
After 180 days they transfer funds to bank account and in OP case he's from india and opened an Australian account so bank transfer option is not works in this case. DON.
If you have any friends or relatives in US, you can use their US Bank account to withdraw the funds. It's possible to withdraw after 180 days to US Bank a/c also.
ask the payer to dispute, than u make original account with real name and address, than ask him to repay
i think i can get a US VBA then transfer the funds to that bank account and then to mb or ap then to my original bank account ..
you can use your pan card and bank acc details to with draw money to bank account instead of creating a fake account
To the OP: Forget about the account and the money, change your IP address, clear cache cookies and other stuff, create a new account with real details, then do what you were doing to earn money. This is the only way, don't try to struggle to gain your account back, PayPal can be harsh and permanently freeze the account if they suspect fraud.
