New Adsense account?

A few years ago I opened an account in the name of my father.
A few days ago I got blocked for no reason, I have a question.
If I open a new account from a friend's (different ip address)
I'll write my name and my bank account (not in use, into account before the money came to my house)
I put the ads from their computer.
Write his address to get the code.
All ads will put a new site.
Never I sign my computer account.

    Google would lock this account?
Google can tell I'm updating the site received a block from my house?
    Someone could do that?

    Help me!
    Thank you.

Google aren't worried about multiple accounts being managed from the same IP. I log into my clients Adsense accounts frequently. They will be looking at the quality of the sites, the click patterns and other fraud detection methods that we probably have no idea about.

I don't think you will have any problem because now you're opening account on your name. Just you need to follow their guidelines else you will face the music. Google tracks many things, as long as you are fair, they will be loyal to you.

Ok, Maybe they do not have a problem from multiple IP owners will be identical but they have a problem when an account is blocked this IP belongs to, am I right?
Another question, if I open an account from a friend and go to account only from computers that do not belong to me but I update my website, Google can find that I update the site from IP received Adsense Ban?

    Sorry about my English.

You obviously can open the account. Google not lock your account for this reason. Better to check the policy details to avoid lock.

Its all about quality Google doesn't settle for anything less than real content anymore and if they do it wont be long before you get caught, thats all that matters. You can create a new account under a different entity just fine.

Hi Dor77, I think it is for your own good to have a different ip if you try to make a new account. Also delete all your history , cookies , junk files and other traces that cand be related with the old ip. good luck !

Yes, It'll work, But if the content of your blog is the reason for the disapproval of the ads, then you may not succeed the second time too!
