I'm selling my PR5 website for a very reasonable price. I'm looking for a quick sale so first come first served!!

All content was created by me. I will still retain copyright so I am trusting the new owner will keep content on this site only.

I currently have a couple of adsense units on the site but with better optimization it would do much better.. But with a PR5 site you could sell links.

Any questions PM me for details.

If you own the copyright, what guarantee do we have that you won't:

    1) set up a competing site with the same content
    2) withdraw the buyers right to use your designs

Some of these images are already on some of my competing websites.. And yes I would use them on other sites and merchandise.. Of course I would.. What new owner is paying for is a PR 5 ranking websites with a license to use MY images for life... Thankyou for your interest..

On your site, you claim "All pictures and images are free for personal and commercial use".
What possible value does a licence have?

From the home page: "All the stock photos, clip art, web graphics, icons and digital art you see on our site are ALL royalty free and in the public domain".

Heh. So, anyone else in the world other than the buyer is free to copy the images and use them in any way?

I have to echo the comments above.

You're selling a PR5 domain with readily available content as your site discloses.

The theme is also a free theme - so no value to be added by that:

What do you value your domain name at? Because that site is replicable in a couple of hours at most.

New owner can sell images if they wish.. The reason I made it free is so the site could gain backlinks.. When a user uses one of the images on their blog or site they are required to link back to the site...

"When a user uses one of the images on their blog or site they are required to link back to the site"

Not to beat a dead horse, but again, your home page says this ""All the stock photos, clip art, web graphics, icons and digital art you see on our site are ALL royalty free and in the public domain".

Once you use the magic word "public domain", you can't dump additional requirements on top. Cat's out of the bag. Everything on that site is public domain, because you released it that way.

Now, you could remove that wording, and put in some new license, but it would only apply to images loaded after the change in wording. You can't pull stuff back once it's public domain.

And, all that said, it's a nice site. Not trying to bag on you, but the images themselves no longer have any unique value....the consequence of being "public domain".
