Congratulations! It took me like, a week to even gain profit. You're off to a good start. Your avatar is really rude, but I like it. >
congrats dude,, i think affiliate give more opportunities to make some money,, and CJ is a good place to explore more about affiliate business.
Thanks for the compliment - btw my first month with CJ is going pretty well and i hope next month would be great too, Another thing i have noticed that we can make good sales in the start of month, Last 10 days of month are really very slow..!
I do not have much content where can I market cj products then. I do not have a specific users using my site :-(. what can I do??
That is why you have to do research before making a site. 1. Chose a good keyword, like "something reviews". 2. Get the exact domain for that. 3. Do SEO and get on google. 4. Put CJ ads on your site 5. Get tons of money. PM for more info
Congratulations. 2.5% conversion sounds about right. That's how it all starts. Next stop, .com millionaire.
Just thought i would give you a bit of inspiration with my past sales in CJ. Im currently not promoting anything in CJ, but i had a good run when i concentrated within the web hosting sector as you can earn $100+ per sale. I did this using web hosting review websites with free traffic (seo). Total earnings: 2,167.16 GBP = 3,463.26 USD
Commission Junction (CJ) is one of the largest directories of affiliate programs. All the big hitters will be listed. You signup for free and then apply to join each specific affiliate program. Once you are accepted, you can then promote the affiliate links. You would promote the affiliate links/banners on a relevant website that you own, you would then drive targeted traffic to your website. You can even write reviews of specific services that you have joined via CJ. Just standard internet marketing would apply to promote any affiliate program. Hope that helps.
Congradulations! Your first online sales is always a great feeling. Many people never make one penny online. You must be on the right track. Charge!
Firstly, many congratulations. It always feels good when you see rewards for your efforts. Secondly, it depends what you mean about it affecting your adsense earnings. If you had a page with just adsense on, then people would click these links. If you put affiliate links on a page as well, then some people will click on those links, so fewer people click on your adsense links. Its all about trial and error. See which way works best - maybe all adsense, maybe all affiliate links, or a mixture of the two. It doesn't affect your earnings just by displaying the two together though. Good luck with future earnings
