After permanent limitation, still recieve money?

    I want to know is it possible for accounts which have been limited to receive money from others?

    I am sure that after temporary limitation, money can be received but what after a appeal for removal of temporary limitation is denied?

    Whenever you have temporary or permanent limitation,you cant recieve money to your Paypal account :)

    Check your facts first. Temporarily limited account can receive money, always!
    i was not sure about permanently limited account.

    In some cases, you can receive money. But in other cases you can't receive.
