Anna Hazare's 5 Thoughts giving him some power of God.
    1-Pure Thoughts
Our thoughts should be shuddha, i.e. pure. We should think pure. By pure I guess Annaji means that we should not think bad about others.
    2-Pure Karma
Our work or karma should be pure, it should be always good.
    3-Unblemished Life
We should not have a blemish of a bad past deed on our life. We should lead a life doing good things. One must have a good character.
    4-Sacrifice
If we want to achieve something, we ought to sacrifice something (be it for a while although). Kuch paane k liye kuch khona padta hai.
    5- Power to face insult
We must have the power to gulp down insult. If we gulp down insult we have the power to face anything, he says.

Hazare does not have "God power" but the mods do and this thread will likely end up in "Politics and Religion" forum.Anyway Hazare is simply a man who is willing to lay down his life for the good of others. This is very unusual as 99.9% of us are selfish and think only of ourselves. So when someone comes along like Hazare we wonder if they are superhuman. They are not, just very noble....such a rarity in this sad world.
P.S. it appears that you have received an infraction.Consider yourself lucky, that's merely a warning. So this thread will stay here.:)
P.P.S.well!............I guess you have been moved afterall. It's actually all for the good as you'll get a much better response on this forum.

Link any person or movement with "god", and you divide any support you may have. Religion belongs in P&R.
    MOVED.

And it should have been merged with the other Hazare thread located here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2259096

OT: No, no one has 'God' power, not even the 'God' himself.. It's wide spread myth but that's a subject of a completely different discussion.

Mr. Hazare is a noble human with a noble goal and noble methods. He doe not need 'God' power, he has all that he needs, that is 'people power'.
Anyone who truly supports his mission should take a vow to never pay or accept bribes to or from anyone for any reason.

I'm skeptic of his lokpal bill protest, but I'm a die hard supporter of his Election reform mission. We need election reform more than we need Lokpal. Reform the election process, make it truly democratic and you will never need a lokpal.

    @The Webby
Originally Mr.Hazare wanted nothing to do with politics at all.He was wanting to change people's hearts.But.....his financial backers(yes he has them)wanted him to push on this Lokpal bill.Hazare needs money to feed his supporters, those who man the phones, knock on doors etc.He has to pay for the phones, rent an office, there are fuel bills, insurance costs etc.So he reluctantly gave in to a bit of politics. But his "real" agenda is to lead by example. He has inspired the whole world, not just Indian society. His long journey has only just begun.

    You are absolutely right Linda.
Mr. Hazare doesn't want anything to do with politics.

But his journey is an ongoing one. He has been a social activist for a very long time, he raised and supported numerous social issues.
It's just that people earlier didn't care much about him, they did not notice his struggle with those 'in the power'. He only got 'famous' among masses just now.
He was one supporting RTI as well. And his group scored there as well. We use it, but it failed to make any significant change. As far as his agenda goes, I truly support them..

I'm just skeptic of the proposed solution - the lokpal, because I don't see it as the solution at all, but that's my thinking and my reasons, others may thing otherwise..

As far as I see, Lokpal deals the corruption top-down but in reality, corruption doesn't flow top-down, it flows bottom-up, at least in India.
It starts at the very basic level, the 'people' level. Unless we deal with it bottom-up, corruption will stay, That is what I think.

All politicians are same did you watched India TV on 29th Aug??? Now the politicians have started criticizing Anna's Event and the things done by Om Puri and Kiran Bedi even some of the supporters of Anna were of ruling party and not loyal to Anna. All parliament members were making fun of Anna... I think now the politicians will make issues of this things done by Kiran Bedi and Om puri and will again dis-approve Lokpal Bill.

Actually people have lost faith in Politicians if any loyal politician want to enter in politics he has to act same as what others are doing... I think unless and untill some politicians are not killed by someone no political party will wake up..... same as "rang de basanti"
