Can not send the payment from verified PP account?

    I have verified PP account, the bank account, PAN card and all other required details are submitted.

    Getting error for sending message as per image attached.

    Kindly suggest the solution for it.

    You should complete the credit card verification process. Just check your credit card statement for 4 digit code sent from PayPal and then enter it in your payapl account. Once this process is completed, you can send payment.

    Thanx for reply, it is done when I added the card.

    When I try to edit the CC details, it shows there is no change in CC details :(

    Why did you try to edit the card again? Whether you had given any wrong info ?

    You can try to remove your CC from your PP and then again add it to your PP and then confirm it . Try it , if this works or not.

    You can try to send the payment after a gap of 2-3 hours. OR Tell the seller to send you an invoice regarding the payment. Let me know, if it works or not. :)

    This error only comes when you try to send money to other Indian Paypal account from your Paypal account. :D
