Is Google Pay for impression

if there is no click in in your account only lot of impressions.. then Google pay or not any cent to us ??

I don't think site should popular for display Pay for impression ads, becasue of when i start blogging some days my Adsesne clicks 0 but i can get $0.2 or like that amount. At that time my daily traffic less than 200. So i don't think site shoud be popular for disply Pay for impression ads
