my Affiliate Plan is PPD and I cant change it... why?

Everything is written in the rules on the page I've given you before:

# Downloads that are not calculated include files smaller than 1MB and downloads made by the owner of the account.
# Downloads from guests and free registered users are calculated as one unique download per each unique IP for every 24 hours. In other words, two different downloads with the same IP will be counted as two qualified downloads in this case.
# Downloads from premium users are calculated as one download per each unique IP for every 24 hours. In other words, two different downloads with the same IP will be counted as one qualified downloads in this case.

You're able to change your program type between 60% revenue share and pay-per-download only after the first completed payout. There won't be any limits for switching following this. Once the change has been made, the new program type will be applied the next day.

However if you need a PPS plan from the beginning, use Switch to PPS form on Dashboard in your account - there is description of the actions required to do that.

I download here and there as a free user to check the download speed. It used to be much better. Now it's like 70-100 kb/s. It really reflected in the stats. Bigger files are being avoided, mostly 300 mb and below are downloaded. I'm on the revenue share program but I still think that giving more download speeds would motivate people for buying premium, also because the 100mb/hour rule is implemented.
Could it be that this queued uploading issues are taking bandwith away? Hope you add more servers to move things up.

also, I notice you still put the captcha as a pop-up window. could you please integrate it in the html page as something that comes up after/behind the 60 sec wait. it would probably look more nice.

 

So the last 7 parts of file are downloaded as a free user or premium user? Since a Free user can't download all parts of that file today because of 100MB/Hour rule. And you don't count more than one download by Premium user..

 

We do not limit free speed to such values, speed may be much higher. Our 10Gbit channels are not half loaded - so there should not be significant problems with speeds for upload or download. If you constantly get low speeds with us please contact the support team, they will clarify some technical questions with you. Thanks.

Well Its no usual when each part of file gets downloaded by different users so the confusion came in my mind...i was thinking of something wrong stats of mine..anyways i just wanted to clear up that.

Why can not I here to copy or move files? Is there a limit on the disk? I have to buy premium? I have used 3.6 GB

 

You can easily copy or move files. If nothing happens when you try to move the files, please clear cookies and cache in your browser and try again.

Im trying to remote upload a password protected file from filesonic to filepost, i got premium on both side, i did put the link password in the 'options' field but it give me errors saying there could be a ip,download limitation on fs..
am i missing something?
