our country is unsporting for receive payment in Paypal. but im making money for internet how to use Paypal account for my works more customer are regust Paypal id i cant give my id so im losting more order please help how fix this problem im waiting for you reply .

yes i know but i need a paypal account so i will try bye the verified Paypal account for another country after i will receive money for Paypal then upload my money for freelancer site after i will withdrew my money for moneybookers then i will withdrew my found for my bank account this is possible to my step ?

 

You can create another country's PayPal. But they will catch you easily and at those conditions your entire money will be on the risk.

Also try to check your spam mails box aside from your inbox mails, it could possibly slipped trough your spam mails if you did not receive your confirmation through your inbox. Counter check on the mail that you have given or used in applying for a Payoneer account. You may have used another email you have.
