I made an adsense account before i was 18 not knowing that you have to be 18 in order to have an account. So, i have been waiting till i am 18 to put in all of my tax information and stuff. Do you think that they will ban me for doing this??

Companies generally have that 18+ rule for legal reasons. You'll find that there are thousands of people on the internet that have paypal and google adsense accounts, but since they are making those respective companies money they won't do anything about it.

It just lets them have security in that sense where noone under 18 can sue them.

Be aware that Google is tougher when you go against their rules. They have no sympathy in most cases. I guess you'll be in trouble !

    You don't say?

I was a member for 2 years and everything was going pretty damn good.
But then I had $2000 in my account and a stupid fucking idiot came and click-spammed my ads (20 clicks).
The fraud clicks only generated $2 and I even sent in a mail to AdSense that it had happend.

3 days later I got banned, and all my money was returned to the advertisers...

AdSense is great for making money, but the ones running it are fucking retards...

I believe you'll be fine, just fill in your tax information and have that little scary feeling for a few weeks, then forget all about it, everything will be fine you'll continue your journey to online earnings, that's life!
Also don't be surprised, people like to scare each others on forums.

Crying won't help anything. My girlfriend cried when adsense disabled ads on one of her site.. She was crying and not doing anything about it, what I did was fixing the issues she had, then made an appeal to adsense and telling them that the issue has been fixed and steps taken for it not to happen again, of course adsense reenabled ads on her site. I still don't know where was the usefulness of crying in this matter. Hell if adsense bans someone for good, it is doing them a big favor because as you know there are other ways to earn money online and if all the time you spend on earning adsense money you spend it on earning money with other means, you'd end up with much more earnings.
Adsense is well known for being the MOST EASY (easiest), not the most profitable. Some people are earning big money and never even opened an adsense account!

i don't think so especially if you have a good and credible website it's breaking their publisher tos on how you promote your site that gets the heat out of adsense

    I joined when I was 16, lol.

They didn't have any issues, but I joined back in 2007 (I'm 19, almost 20 now). AdSense might be stricter now, hard to say. I doubt you will run into any problems though.

If you're living outside of the US you won't even need tax info. You just need to say "No" to a few things then type your/your guardians name in.
