Over 300 resumes have been created, if you were one of those - what do you think?

 

I like the simplicity of the homepage. However I think there's still something missing. Maybe there's just too much boxes in there or maybe their colors just make them pop up to the eye more than they should. Try to reduce the size of the login text fields and sign in/up buttons. Also, maybe have a thinner border for the image. Make the "Create and share your resume" in the image stand out a little more. For the text below the image, I think it's just too much condensed, or maybe the black text on a white background just doesn't do it.

Hi - it looks very good - the one thing that struck me was the left side nav seemed disproportionately wide for the amount of content. Even a few pixels slimmer I think would put the balance back onto the main content area. best of luck with it!

Do you think I should add a Twitter or Facebook connect button?

 

Yes .. you should .. add facebook and twitter .. cool site ..

 

Anyone else? Would it make it easier if you cold register via Twitter or Facebook?

 

Just thought I would throw in my 2 cents here. Interesting site and interesting idea. Personally I don't like the "sign in" and "sign up" buttons. I found it difficult to differientiate between the two because they nearly look exactly the same. I would suggest maybe having only 1 button for "sign in" and then remove the "sign up" button and just make the "sign up" text within the sentance "Don't have an account? Sign up now. It's free and easy." a link.

Orrrr, just leaving the two buttons but changing sign in to log in so the buttons look different.

I also think that the sample image border is a bit odd and also I think the text below it would look better at 12px instead of 10px so it's easier to read - although I am using a 46" tv lol

Anyways, that's just my opinion. Everybody is different
