Usually PayPal will not use your Pan Number until your withdrawal limit is less than 50,000/transaction. If you withdraw above 50,000 then PayPal use your Pan Number. At those situations, they can able to track. But not that much systematic in India.
let them track. you shouldnt be worrying unless you are involved in criminal or illegal activities something like that.
No.. If they can track, we should file IT return properly. Otherwise we should visit IT office daily for their questioning.
Yesterday I got information from local broker and they told, You have to file return only if your bank transaction exceed 1000000 Yearly. And you will get trouble if not file return. With this i don't think there is only problem with Paypal Unless Someone try to use it illegal Activity. I only have problem with RBI guideline about Debit card. They stop them for International transactions. And Credit card not affordable by most users here. Even my city is blacklisted for Credit cards. No Bank issue card here.
Does not matter....They can not track PayPal. But PayPal can share your information with Indian GOVT on demand.
Indian Govt. started monitoring Facebook & Twitter activities if found suspicious. Does any one gives their Pan or CC or Bank data to these networks? Whether you have to give your all financial data's to verify Paypal. And with these data it is much to easily track your financial activities. So how can one be assured that their Paypal money is not being tracked by Indian Govt. ?????
