If I sent an Elite invite to a user and then he became my ref, but after a few months he decided to revert his account to PPD, and further after that he returns to Elite, only this time he got the Elite invitation from a different user. Does he still remain my ref or is he transferred to be the ref of the user who sent him the last invite?

Once a user have their own referral, it will not be changed even if they're given an elite invitation.

Hi guys,

When I login to my FS account I'm redirected to my country's specific domain .ro instead of filesonic.com.
Is there any way to prevent this? I find it really distracting.

Also, all my links appear hosted on filesonic.ro (when I click them), hope this is a ip dependent thingy, I don't need people knowing my country of residence

This is a new feature that we have recently added. Depending on the region you're connecting from, it'll automatically re-direct you to a filesonic domain that's closest to your region.

If you're travelling from another country, you can simply select the language option and choose the language of your choice.

 

It was paid on Tuesday evening.

i had the same problem like No.dam, and i tryed to change file names and re-upload and tryed to upload from other IPs and still the same issue, please let us know what to do !

Your earnings from Saturday --> Friday are paid on the following Tuesday if you reach the 15$ minimum.

a really unnecessary and annoying feature if you ask me. hate it. Please remove it if possible.

 

i am getting an error 403, wen i am downloading something wth downthemall i get an 403 error (not with every file) an then i have to download the file again, an then i get the same error after i downloaded part of the file and i cant download the file, please fix this
