ok ticket replied today... my payment verified and will get paid soon.. anyone facing download drops yesterday? 24 Aug? downloads drops some and i have 1 sale and it didnt show up on "Overall Statistics" category which we see our total revenue there but it shows on "File Category" hence i have another sale today 25 Aug and it didnt included in total revenue. my rank status is up from Base to Normal and im still getting paid based on "Base" rate. just sent them ticket, hopefully it doesn't takes 25days to reply my ticket just like what happened to my verification ticket.

 

I think, by reading their terms page, that Uploading.com pays for every unique download by premium users, that is they pay for all the files downloaded by a premium user as long as they're all different files. I hope that's the case because it is a HUGE advantage over ALL other file hosters. Maybe support can comment on this? (when they're back from their vacation )

No, premium downloads are COUNTED only ONE per 24 hours.

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to know about latest situation and some updates.

1. most critical problem with sales counting was fixed. In addition we'll pay extra bonus for all troubles about that.

2. As usual this Monday everyone will also get bonuses for extra revenue, so promo moves on.

Also we're making deeply changes of our support team, as I got lot of negative feedback about their work. So hopefully in few weeks, we'll have new improved support. I'll appreciate any useful feedback in pm about what you want to get from support( except fast response as it's obvious improvement )

Also all payouts will be approved and paid in next few days, no worries about that. At the moment there's no issues with payouts.

As per payouts, all payouts were paid at the moment. Also all new requests will be processed and paid as well.
