From your choices, I would choose the Toyota Altis or the Honda City. But Toyota Altis is classier than the City.
Don't need your vote, BMW is not an option.. Thanks for not reading the OP, though... Chevrolet Sonic? Where do you live? Chevrolet Assembly factory at Orion? I don't think you are driving it, unless you are a test driver.. The car hasn't been even launched yet... Altis is definitely classier than City.. I personally like Altis way better than City. EDIT: Any thoughts on Fiat Linea?
"That's my current Car, Linda.. I actually own that car.. I dunno who took that picture and when :confused":[/QUOTE]-(The Webby) Not that it's any of my business but what's with all the bananas,do you have a pet monkey?
Toyota and Honda are safe BETS My preference are GERMAN CARS How about a VW ? it's not that expensive ...
Test driven Volkswagen Vento, but I didn't like it.. VW guys insisted that I test drive Jetta as well, so I have it scheduled this Sunday. Although its even more expensive than Corolla and no way I can afford it. Gonna test drive Fiat Linea this Saturday as well. This car looks promising, being the most feature rich, manufactured in Italy and well within my budget.
Dayum, i drove an Altis like 2 hours ago. I simply love the Interior and the Torque of it. I would seriously advice you to go for Corolla Altis, Trust me you won't regret, and my second Option will be Honda Reborn. Both are amazing cars!
I suggest you to buy Pontiac Vibe. I like this car and am an owner for five years, so you can courageously take that machine and never mind other ones.
First of all, Vibe and it's twin brother Toyota Voltz are no longer in production.. Discontinued 2 years back. In fact the brand Pontiac is no more, defunct in 2010. Second, Pontiac never debuted in India, instead we have Chevy from GM here. Third, I don't want a hatchback. I'm looking for a sedan.
Resell value is always higher for Toyota and Honda in U.S. I personally have Toyota Camry and love the service. however I have recieved excellent service from Chevrolet and Dodge also when purchasing New. So when purchasing new all else being equal I would account for resell value also.
Took a test drive on Fiat Linea earlier today. I must say its a wonderful car.. It's huge! It got a wheel base longer than Altis and steering control and interior felt awesome.. I felt a little lag in acceleration though, At lower gears Engine wasn't quick enough to respond but everything worked like a charm once I reached a specific speed. It's about $2500 cheaper than Altis and about $1200 more than the City, But it go more features.. Anyone here drives/has driven this Italian beauty? I agree, Toyota and Honda got a way better resale value here too. Not so sure about Fiat.. Altis, City or Linea, I'm gonna buy one of these three! It's funny because I wasn't even considering Linea initially. I didn't think that it was a good car! But after today's test drive in city traffic. I'm impressed..
I don't know any of the cars on your list here, but I do insist on recommending Acura! I'm on my second one right now after the first one got stolen. My first one was 8 years old when I bought it and ran great for me for another 8 years. I didn't have any real expenses on it (changed the axel once, but that was my own fault), mainly just oil changes. Even the times I did have to make any other repairs, it was always for a very reasonably price. It can be a bit of initial investment, but will pay you back in the long run. A luxury Honda car, but without the expensive upkeep of a BMW. I really like my newer Acura too! Bought a used one again as I didn't see the point in paying all that "new car" money when I get a nice car that will last anyways.
