For free users that download from FileSonic, we count multiple downloads from the same IP address. Only completed downloads are counted.

so if a student download 10 files from his pc it need to count all the 10 files not just 5

 

You even quoted it. It says multiple, not all. There is a limit to how many free user downloads count, just like premium user download only counts 1 every 24 hours.

 

FileSonic _should_ count every completed download from a free user IP.
And I think they do - like all other hosts.

Otherwise you should be able to tell us the number of downloads you count, right?

and there is something else i want ask you

if the limit for 100 mb file is 5 download , i mean if a user download 5 of my 100 files , and this is the secret number for 100 files

andthen he download 15 mb files does is counted again or 5 downloads is the limit for all files sizes

 

This means Filesonic count all completed downloads from free users unless they don't download same file multiple times from the same IP address.

 

If only it was that easy. People can easily set up a script to continuously download files for 24/7.

We might as well have a sign that says "Welcome all fraudsters"

Nope, the number refreshes every 24 hours, so it doesn't matter what's the file size you're downloading.

because i dont want wast my time and files with small earning , and i want to use the students to make me make money

 

Get your students to download at home Also, sometimes students dont download - students are clever, they share by USB, etc.

In the day before tomorrow ( 24 August ) I've uploaded many files to my account in Filesonic then it downloaded well, but after few hours of that, most links turned into error page :



And they didn't work until now and just give this page, so what is the problem ?


In addition, I've tried to reupload some of these files but the problem occurred with it too !!!
